I got my hair cut on Monday, and boy did it need it! I had already made the appointment because I knew it was getting too long and stringy, but seeing the pictures from Fathers' Day sealed the deal. I tried Salon Cha Cha, which is owned by my friend Pam Chance. I got about three inches cut off, and I got some subtle highlights of chocolate, blonde, and red. I wasn't nervous at all about the haircut, but I was anxious about trying the highlights. Pam did a great job and walked me through it in baby steps. I think I'll go more bold next time, because I really like it!
Well, I posted on Facebook that I was happy with the new hairdo, and I think people thought it was a lot more dramatic than it was! Even though I did get a pretty good bit cut... there was a lot of hair on the floor when Pam was done... my hair was so long, it wasn't that big of a difference. I really wanted to play a trick on everyone and upload this faked picture to Facebook, but I chickened out!

I just copied someone's hair I found on the internet and pasted it over my ponytailed head... can you believe how HORRIBLE I would look with short blonde hair? Yikes!
