Today was Book Character Day at CPS! This is Katie Anne's first Book Character Day, so it was so fun for us to dress up in coordinating costumes - she was Dorothy and I was Glinda the Good Witch from The Wizard of Oz. We both had a great time marching in the CPS Book Character Parade. We had a big audience to watch us - Saunders, Gigi, Granddad, Mamaw, Doc, and VJ all came to see the parade! When KA went back to the PreK building, I had a party with my students. (She'd had her party yesterday.) It was a great day!
