Easter Brunch/Birthday Breakfast

This morning, we celebrated Easter and Katie Anne's birthday at my parents' house.  We had a great, relaxing morning together.  My mom cooked a delicious breakfast of quiche, french toast casserole, fruit salad, cheesy grits, and fruity drinks.

Everything was yummy, but the french toast casserole is definitely a new favorite of mine.  The birthday girl only wanted a plate full of cheese eggs, so that's what she got!

We brought over a giant cupcake for Katie Anne's birthday, and she loved hearing everyone sing to her and blowing out her candles!
Thinking about her wish...
Yummy!
Hey, if it was fun to sing and blow out candles one time, Katie Anne says let's do it twice!  So, we did!

She loved her Easter basket from Mamaw with the little lamb inside that she named Lolu.

She also got to open a few presents from Renee and Angela and her family. Gigi and Granddad gave her some art supplies, which she loved!

It was a fun Easter/birthday morning!

I want more info on this french toast casserole. Sounds like heaven! Katie Anne is looking so big, like a big kid. It is hard to belive she is just three. Looks so much more mature!
