My cousin Angela and her family gave Katie Anne the cutest little outfit last weekend, and she wore it to lunch with my friend Jessica today. It is so precious and so preppy... a little sleeveless shirt with these cute plaid shorts with a ribbon belt. Katie Anne looked like total preppy little Valley Girl. I love outfits for kids that look like adults' clothes, and this definitely fits the 
bill!
