We're Leaving On a Jet Plane

We've read the book...

We've bought lots of airplane entertainment...

We've packed the bags...

We've laid out tomorrow's traveling clothes...

We're ready!

Tomorrow, Katie Anne and I are flying to Arizona with my mom to visit my cousin Jodi, her husband Jason, and their daughter Marley.  Katie Anne is totally excited... she knows all about the airport, the airplane, and what to expect.  She's talked about this trip for weeks!  I know we're going to have a lot of fun - I'm just a little nervous about doing the whole airport and four hour flight thing with a toddler.  I've packed a backpack full of fun little toys, books, and snacks, so hopefully we'll keep her entertained on the flight.  Fingers crossed!

I'm sure I'll take lots and lots of pictures, but I'm not taking my laptop on the trip (no room between the Travel Aqua Doodle, HandiSnacks, and Glitter-Flex Disney Princesses).  So, blog readers, no posts until I return - but be ready for lots of pictures then!

Now, I've got to get up at 4:00 am in the morning, and it is currently 10:45 pm ... so, off to bed I go!

The flexie disney princess dolls are the hottest thing smokin' at the Brown house these days! They make those long car rides nearly silent except for her little role playing voice as she really has a different voice for each girl. We only have Jasmine and Snow White at this time and when they are in a heavy conversation one of them always ask "Where's Ariel?" We are taking that as a hint that she needs to be added to the car-trip family very soon! So Funny! I guess these are the equivalent to our Polly Pocket days! Hope you guys are enjoying your trip, and the costume looks amazing!
