For Greg and Jillian's wedding next weekend, Saunders and I have been teaching Katie Anne some old school dance moves. We want her to have a wide variety of choices when she's thinking about which moves to bust out during the reception. One of my IV friends, Kelly (see her blog The Miller Mix) said that we needed to see a video of some of Katie Anne's sweet moves, so here's one for you. She was a little distracted by the Sesame Street playing in the background, but she did a good job anyway.
We've been working on the robot (which she calls "de o-bot"), the sprinkler (she's very good at the bent arm part, but not so much the sprinkling arm part... work in progress), the cabbage patch, and raising the roof. She also has her original moves, which include side-swaying and bouncing up and down. She's also working on a stomp move, but that's not featured in the video. Baby steps, people... baby steps.
And, she's wearing the latest Katie Jones creation... a new style of dress that I made yesterday morning!

Oh my goodness, that is just too cute! Nalley is in DANCING MODE these days...all the time...to everything. I think it is so sweet to see them getting down. Katie Ann definitly has the moves, shes's going to steal the show.
