Today, Katie Anne and Granddad started one of their summer traditions from last year again ... Breakfast with Granddad!
They went to Waffle House, and Katie Anne ate a big breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast with strawberry jelly, and sausage. They were gone about an hour - I got about 4 loads of laundry done and walked on the treadmill while they were out! They had a fun morning together! They plan on doing this once a week throughout the summer. Here are two pictures of them before they left this morning.
