Katie Anne had her Christmas Party with her friends at school today. Unfortunately, due to the timing of the party, Mommy couldn't make it. But, Daddy took his lunch break to go and take some pictures! The kids had a special snack after lunch, and then each kid had brought in a favorite book wrapped for a book exchange. Katie Anne took Dr. Suess's The Foot Book and got back What do you do with a tail like that? in return - it is a cool book about how different animals use their eyes, ears, noses, and tails. She told us that her teacher read all the books the kids had brought in out loud to them during the exchange - she loved it!
