Katie Anne's Ballet Performance

Yesterday was Katie Anne's last day of Princess Ballet Dance Camp.  We got to go watch her class put on a little demonstration of the things they'd been working on all week, and it was so precious.  I really expected the dancing to last about 3 minutes, but it lasted about half an hour!  The girls really did learn so much in just one week of classes and were very cute doing all their little moves.  They had two or three little dances that they performed as well as showing off some of their favorite activities from camp - princess walking, ballerina marching, and leaping over the ballerina bear. 

Katie Anne was soooo excited during the performance.  She was smiling from ear to ear the entire time.  Of course, it was a bunch of three and four-year-old girls, so no one was doing the exact same moves at the exact same time, but they really all did great for their age.  You could tell that the teachers Ms. Katie and Ms. Kristen had really worked with them on staying in their places, standing up very straight, and pointing their little toes.  Katie Anne did a great job dancing - especially during the hoola hoop dance and while marching across the room.  She made the moment last and marched very seriously and slowly across the room - it took her about twice as long as the other girls!  All the little girls were so cute, but of course Katie Anne was the cutest one.  :)
