On April 4, 2007 at 9:03 pm, Katie Anne Jones was born ... at this exact minute tonight, while she's blissfully sleeping in her crib, Katie Anne turned two!
In a way, it is very hard to believe that Katie Anne's been with us for two years because it seems like only yesterday that she was born. It is so easy to remember my pregnancy and the neat feeling it was to have her in my belly, and then my easy labor with her on April 4, 2007. Then again, it seems like she's been hanging out and having fun with us for a long time. We feel like she's been a part of this family for much longer than just two years.
We can't believe we're the proud parents of a two-year-old! We will miss all the precious baby things we've experienced with Katie Anne over the past two years, but we are very excited about what the future holds for our growing girl. She has already learned a lot, had many adventures, and brought us much joy - and a few challenges - so we know there's a lot more entertaining moments to come with Katie Anne.
