Mother's Day Projects
This year, Katie Anne and I made almost all of our Mother's Day gifts. We painted flowerpots and planted flowers in them for all the grandmothers and great-grandmothers. We also baked fresh bread and made jars of jam from the strawberries Katie Anne picked last weekend. Here are some photos of Katie Anne working on her projects.

Okay, I need the official strawberry jam recipe. I had planned to help the kids make lemon poppyseed loaves for each of the kids' grandmothers, but it didn't happen. Love the idea of making jam to give with a future loaf of something!
I love all of those projects!!
